Do you have Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, or joint pain and need help with...

Daily activities like walking, getting up stairs, or getting around the house.

Working toward activities you used to be able to do like going for longer walks, hikes, or running.

Pain management, building strength, and gaining fitness long term.

Because it can be frustrating living with Arthritis

"I’m getting some knee pain walking up and down the stairs so I try and avoid the stairs and take the lift, so I don’t do further damage."

"I don’t go hiking any more, but it’s just part of getting older. I’d love to be able to, but I know my limits."

"I have Osteoarthritis, so I’ll need a knee replacement one day. I just have to wait until it’s time."

"I can't keep up with my friends because of Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I often make excuses not to exercise with them or miss gym classes"

For decades research has shown that exercise along with self management strategies can help people who have Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and joint pain.

I'm Tess, Physiotherapist. I began Age Fit with Tess following frustration with the lack of fitness programs designed for those with Arthritis and joint pain who needed help with walking and building strength and fitness.

Hear from past clients of Tess

Regular follow ups really helped me keep on track, see where I was going and what I had achieved. Positive reinforcement of how I was going really helped
